The discussion centred around three critical shifts:
🔹 AI & Innovation in the Core – Embedding autonomous, goal-driven AI into R&D, product development, regulatory, quality, and operations — not as add-ons, but as foundational capabilities.
🔹 Ecosystem Partnerships – Strengthening collaboration between tech startups, tech services firms, academia, research institutes, and industry to accelerate innovation cycles and shared learning.
🔹 Ownership to Scale – The importance of clear accountability and business ownership to move PoCs beyond pilots and into large-scale, enterprise-wide deployments.
